2. Scope of Our Services

The Red Drop provides preventive and wellness-focused health services.
Our aim is to help you understand and improve your health through blood testing, lifestyle advice, and medically supervised wellness plans.
-
We do not diagnose medical conditions, and our reports are for informational and educational purposes only.
-
Our testing and results service is designed to complement, not replace, consultation with your GP or other healthcare professionals.
-
If your results fall outside the expected range, we may advise you to discuss these findings with your GP or specialist.
-
Referral letters can be provided upon request.
In emergencies or where urgent care is needed, you should contact your GP, NHS 111, or attend your nearest A&E.

3. Weight Loss and Prescription Services

Some of our health plans may include medical weight loss treatments, such as Mounjaro or Wegovy.
These are prescription-only medicines (POMs), provided strictly under medical supervision.
-
A prescription will only be issued after a full medical assessment by one of our doctors.
-
Medication is dispensed by licensed UK partner pharmacies.
-
The Red Drop does not act as a pharmacy and does not sell medication directly.
-
Treatment continuation is subject to ongoing clinical review and suitability.
-
Individual results vary; weight loss and health outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
We reserve the right to decline prescribing or continuing treatment if it is deemed clinically inappropriate or unsafe.

4. Health Plans and Appointments

Our health plans (Silver, Gold, and Platinum) include varying levels of support, testing, and professional follow-up.
Details of what is included are available on our website.
-
Health plans are for personal use only and non-transferable.
-
Services must be used within the plan’s active period.
-
All appointments (doctor, dietitian, PT) must be pre-booked and attended as scheduled.
-
Missed or cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

Payments can be made directly through our website (via Stripe) or by invoice/payment request.
-
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
