These Service Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set out the agreement between you (“the Client”) and The Red Drop (“we”, “us”, “our”) for the provision of health screening, wellness, and weight-management services purchased via www.reddrop.co.uk or by invoice.
By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before enrolling.

1. About The Red Drop

The Red Drop is a doctor-led healthcare initiative registered in England and Wales (Company No. 11669066).

2. Scope of Services
​
We provide health-screening and wellness programmes designed to help clients monitor and improve their wellbeing.
Our services include:

Health plans (Silver, Gold, Platinum) incorporating blood testing, biometrics, and lifestyle advice.

Medically supervised weight-loss programmes, including prescription of Mounjaro or Wegovy where clinically appropriate.

Preventive health guidance, nutrition and exercise planning, and corporate wellness initiatives.
All services are for information and lifestyle support only and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or emergency care. If test results suggest a medical condition or risk, we will advise you to contact your GP or specialist.
3. Service Delivery

Consultations
​
Doctor consultations are offered online during weekdays and either online or in-person on Saturdays at our Orchard Street clinic in London.
Clients may enquire about availability at alternative locations or request special appointments if no suitable slots appear online.

Blood Testing
​
All test kits—both finger-prick and venous collection kits—are sent directly to the client’s address.

Finger-prick samples: collected by the client at home and returned to our partner laboratory using the prepaid packaging supplied.

Venous (phlebotomy) samples: the client must book an appointment with a partner clinic and bring the kit to that appointment.
Results are received by The Red Drop first, reviewed by our doctor, and then shared securely with the client by email.
If results require urgent attention, we will contact you promptly with advice to seek medical care.
4. Health Plans
​
The Red Drop offers three health-plan tiers: Silver, Gold, and Platinum.
Each includes defined levels of blood testing, biometric review, and access to lifestyle professionals as described on our website.

All plans require a minimum commitment of three (3) months.

After the initial term, plans continue on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled with one month’s written notice.

Health plans are personal and non-transferable.
Regular doctor reviews are included only for clients receiving weight-loss treatment.
Clients on health plans without medication may book additional doctor consultations as separate services.
5. Weight-Loss Programmes and Prescriptions

Prescription weight-loss treatments are offered only after a full medical assessment by one of our doctors.

Eligible medicines include Mounjaro and Wegovy, which are prescription-only medicines (POMs).

Prescriptions are issued electronically to our licensed UK partner pharmacies, which dispense and ship medication directly to the client or via The Red Drop.

The Red Drop does not act as a pharmacy and does not sell medication directly.

Ongoing prescriptions and dose changes are at the doctor’s clinical discretion and subject to regular review.

Clients must inform us of any changes to their health, medication, or contraindications.

Results and outcomes vary by individual. No guarantee of weight loss or health improvement is made.
We reserve the right to decline, suspend, or discontinue treatment if it is deemed clinically inappropriate or unsafe.
6. Use of Blood Test Results

Blood-test results, commentary, and lifestyle advice provided by The Red Drop are for informational and screening purposes only.
We do not provide medical diagnoses or manage acute or chronic medical conditions.
If any abnormal or unexpected result is identified, we will recommend that you consult your GP or another appropriate healthcare professional.
Referral letters may be provided at your request.
7. Payments and Billing

Payments can be made securely through our website using Stripe, or by invoice/payment request.

Payment must be received before test kits are dispatched or consultations confirmed.

For rolling monthly plans, payments will be collected automatically until cancelled in accordance with Clause 4.

For annual pre-payment options, discounted rates apply as advertised.
Refunds and Cancellations

You may cancel a plan after the initial three-month term with one month’s written notice to info@reddrop.co.uk.

Services already provided (e.g. dispatched kits, completed consultations, or issued prescriptions) are non-refundable.

If you cancel before a kit is dispatched or a consultation takes place, you may be eligible for a partial refund.

Phlebotomy fees paid to partner clinics are non-refundable and governed by the clinic’s own policies.
8. Missed or Rescheduled Appointments

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule an appointment.
Missed appointments or late cancellations may be charged in full.
Repeated non-attendance may result in suspension of services.
9. Corporate Services
​
Corporate or workplace health programmes are governed by separate written agreements and may include different terms for pricing, confidentiality, and data handling.
These Service Terms apply only to individual consumer clients.
10. Limitation of Liability
​
While we take all reasonable care in providing our services, The Red Drop is not liable for:

Actions or decisions taken by clients based on information supplied in reports.

Delays or errors caused by third-party laboratories, courier services, or partner pharmacies.

Indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Data Protection

All personal and health data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK GDPR.
By engaging our services, you consent to this processing.

12. Termination by The Red Drop
​
We may suspend or terminate your plan or prescription service immediately if:

You breach these Terms or misuse our services;

You provide false or misleading information;

Continued participation poses a clinical or safety risk.
Any unused proportion of a prepaid period may be refunded at our discretion.
13. Changes to Services or Terms
​
We may update service details or these Terms to reflect regulatory, clinical, or operational changes.
The latest version will always appear on our website with the date shown above.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
​
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
